ONE UGLY COWBOY (OUC) is an original Toronto based country/rock band that soulfully blends gritty country and in-your-face-rock with their up-beat sometimes funny and often heartfelt tunes.
Fronted by powerhouse female vocalist ‘Hurricane Jane’ the band consists of seasoned musicians who individually have had major label deals & been a part of JUNO award winning projects.
OUC always delivers a high-energy show with a diverse repertoire packed with commercial well-written original tunes. They also love putting their ‘ugly cowboy’ spin on classic tunes that take country/rock to a whole different level! They have been invited to be part of the line-up by some of the biggest country music festivals in Ontario including Havelock Country Jamboree & Boothill Country Jamboree & have opened for artists like The Washboard Union, George Canyon & River Town Saints.
