Think Space presents live music by Dave Barrett on Saturday, January 28, 8 Clairmont Street in Thorold. Tickets are priced at $10 and available at the venue - doors open at 7:15 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m.

Barrett has performed throughout the United States and Canada as a singer songwriter, musician and magician. His repertoire is an eclectic mix of country, blues and folk and is reflected in the songs he writes. He has played with such legendary bluesman as Arthur "Big Boy" Crudup and Bukka White among other legends.

A native of Toronto, his early influences include, Bob Dylan, The Beatles, Woody Guthrie and Leon Redbone.  His introduction to the blues comes from such artists as Sonny Terry and Brownie McGee, Big Bill Broonzy and Lonnie Johnson.
