The Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre is pleased to announce the return of its 12th annual, juried, original art show and sale. 
August 5th & 6th, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. FREE Admission.

Plenty to see and do both outdoors, on the picturesque grounds along the river’s edge and inside the Niagara Pumphouse heritage brick building. Event includes the show and sale of a variety of original artwork, waterfront bistro, outdoor Family Friendly art activity and a silent auction benefiting the Niagara Pumphouse programs.

Waterfront Bistro featuring food, wine and beer generously provided by Pig Out Catering, Reif Estate Winery and Silversmith Brewing Company!

The Niagara Pumphouse is excited to present over fifty professional artists, from across Ontario, exhibiting a wide range of original, hand-crafted works. We are pleased to welcome back some returning artists as well as looking forward to showcasing some brand new artists. This year’s Art by the Lighthouse will feature paintings, photography, sculpture, jewellery and more! Click Here for a list of participating artists and samples of their work.

Visitors will also be able to tour the heritage brick building. It is the oldest surviving pump house in the Niagara Region. The abandoned water pumping station (circa 1891) was purchased by the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake and through community effort and fundraising the building was restored and converted to become the unique Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre. The original pump, which once supplied water to the Town of Niagara on the Lake, remains on display in a garden.
