About Niagara Pugalug

Since 2008, Niagara Pugalug has held a variety of events to support Pugalug Pug Rescue – a charitable organization devoted to helping rescued pugs by providing medical care, loving attention, comfort, food, companionship, and a FURever home. To date, Niagara Pugalug has raised approximately $10,000 through the Spring Fling and other community events. Pug enthusiasts in Niagara are encouraged to join the Facebook page, “Niagara Pugalug” for regular updates on local events, and to connect with other pug owners. About Pugalug Pug Rescue

Pugalug Pug Rescue operates solely through the hard work of its committed volunteers. Many owners don’t understand the complexities of the breed when they decide to bring a pug home. Pugalug provides the necessary transport, fostering and adoption services for pugs that have been surrendered by their owners for a variety of reasons including health and financial issues, training concerns, and family allergies.
